Our Process

How a project moves from first call to clean turnover.

Five clear phases, with experienced OSRC leadership embedded in every one. The result: fewer surprises, predictable schedule, and a finished project the operator can actually use on day one.

01

Consultation & site visit

We start by understanding your operational needs, project goals, timeline, and budget. The first walkthrough is led by the same person who will run the job.

02

Scope development

Our team develops a detailed scope of work and identifies the most efficient approach for execution — including how to phase work in occupied space.

03

Planning & coordination

We line up scheduling, subcontractors, materials, safety requirements, and logistics so the first day on site is the start of progress, not the start of figuring it out.

04

Construction & communication

You receive consistent updates, photos, and documentation throughout construction — and direct access to leadership when something needs a real decision.

05

Final walkthrough & completion

Before turnover we complete quality-control walkthroughs and a clean punch process so the project meets expectations and operational needs from day one.
