What types of facilities do you specialize in?
We primarily specialize in healthcare, behavioral health, nursing facilities, ABA clinics, detox centers, sober-living environments, and commercial properties.
Do you work in occupied facilities?
Yes. Many of our projects take place in occupied and operational environments. We work carefully to minimize disruption and maintain safety — sequencing, dust and noise control, and clear communication with site staff are part of every plan.
What areas do you serve?
We primarily serve clients throughout Ohio, including Columbus, Dayton, Akron, Cleveland, and surrounding regions.
Do you handle owner’s-rep oversight?
Yes. When you bring your own contractor, vendors, or in-house team, OSRC steps in as your owner’s representative — protecting budget, schedule, scope, and quality from kickoff through punch list, with weekly owner updates and full change-order, RFI, and pay-app review.
Can you help with design and planning?
Yes. Design and planning services are available depending on project scope and client needs.
Do you use licensed subcontractors?
Yes. We maintain a strong network of trusted licensed subcontractors across multiple trades.
What size projects do you take on?
We work on projects ranging from smaller renovations and repairs to large-scale commercial and healthcare buildouts (including 17,000+ sf ABA centers and 22,000+ sf detox facilities).
Do you provide project updates and reporting?
Absolutely. Communication and transparency are central to our process. Clients receive regular updates, schedules, and progress reporting throughout the project.
